Buildhouse is excited to launch our new modern prefab ADU line. This one bedroom / one bath unit is the first in a series of designs to be released in 2024.
The heart of our design-build strategy is a modular approach to the traditionally site-built ADU. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to sustainability, we have crafted an ADU design that integrates flexibility, efficiency and style. Building our units off-site allows us to streamline the construction process, maintain impeccable quality standards, reduce waste and generate cost efficiencies. Our ADU's are designed to maximize functionality and aesthetics.
